Day 1:

Materuni Waterfalls Day Trip is the perfect balance of nature and culture, offering chance to view Moshi town life. The stroll around Materuni Waterfall will set you up nicely if you are planning on climbing Mount Kilimanjaro or if you simply want to take in the views and have enjoy some gentle exercise. The visit begins in the settlements of the Chagga clan’s coffee plantations, where the townspeople will demonstrate the process of producing coffee beans, before making your own one of a kind brew.
After enjoying the plantations you will proceed to Materuni Waterfall, where you will pass more plantations, this time growing avocados, mangos, lemons and bananas, whilst being greeted by friendly locals picking fruits to be taken to the nearby markets. Arrive at Materuni for a dip in the crystal waters and enjoy a delicious lunch in the midst of the miracles of African nature, depart back to your hotel to wrap up the visit.
